The historical traces of the building already date back to the beginning of the 16th century in the cartography of the time.
Radically renovated in 1905, traces of it remain in the inscription on the entrance door, it has also recently been updated, with the installation of a comfortable lift.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2017.
The 100 sq m house is located on the fourth floor which is accessed through a large hall where there is a comfortable desk and consists of two bedrooms that overlook the quiet internal area, a living room with a suggestive fireplace, the large kitchen of over 20 square meters with two windows on the main road as well as a bathroom and a terrace.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, two in the master bedroom with a 200×160 bed, which gives access to the terrace, where there is a large walk-in closet, two people in the second bedroom where there are two bunk beds 80 ×190 with large and capacious wardrobe and finally a single sofa bed on request in the living room.
